Black garlic gives a lovely taste to the chicken Thighs and its skin. You can use both clove or puree garlic. If you don’t have it, you can use regular garlic instead but it will taste stronger and not have the sweet caramelized taste you get from black garlic. - Chicken thighs
- Salt
- Black Garlic
- Pepper
- Chili flakes
- Squeezed lemon
- Some Olive oil
How to prepare Air Fryer black Garlic Chicken Thighs
Make an incision in the skin of the chicken thigh and push the black garlic well under the skin.
Season the thigh with the rest of the spices .
Squeeze lemon over it and add some olive oil.
Set the Air Fryer at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes before turning the thighs and frying for another 20 minutes.
