Bacon and eggs are common ingredients in breakfast but I prefer Norwegian slices of bread in the morning, well that’s me.
My husband likes hot lunch so Air Fryer Turkey Bacon and eggs is a good meal.

minutes Remember to put water in the bottom of the air fyer so you avoid the smoke coming from the collected grease and so that cleaning would be easier.
You can also put dry bread in the bottom of the Air Fryer to collect fat from the bacon.
We use beef bacon and I think that Gedid ( spicy and dried meat that they use here in Tunisia like in couscous) would also taste good.
And of course you can use pork bacon but it has more fat than Turkey bacon.
Ingredients
200 gr bacon (from turkey)
some oil
3 eggs
How to prepare Air Fryer Turkey Bacon
- Put the bacon slices in the Air fryer on the rack with little water underneath.
- Cook it for 5 minutes on each side at 180 degrees.
- If you want it more crispy, just increase the time by a minute or two on each side.
It does not matter if you have a little too much bacon because it shrinks and won’t look as much as when it’s raw in the final result.
