Ingredients
- 3 bananas
- 100 g butter
- 150 g Sugar
- 2 eggs
- 225 g wheat flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- A small handful of Cashew nuts
- 1 and 1/2 dl milk
- A small handful of almonds
- A small handful of grated chocolate
How to prepare Banana bread
Set the oven at 180 degrees.
Cut the bananas into smaller pieces.
Melt the butter.
Crush the chocolate and nuts.
Put the bananas in a bowl and use a food processor or mixer to smash the bananas ( also can be done by hand )
Beat the eggs and sugar until you get a light mixture.
Mix the flour with baking powder.
Add the melted butter and milk.
Then add the bananas and mix them carefully.
Finally add the nuts and chocolate.
Put it in a bread form with baking paper.
Bake it at 180 degrees for about 1 hour.
The banana bread is ready when it doesn’t stick on the knife when you put it in inside of the bread.
You don’t need to use both nuts and chocolate but it adds an extra “spice” to the banana bread.
