- 2 bananas
- 1 dcl (100g) milk
- 2 dcl (200g) Oatmeal
- 2 eggs
- 1 smallspoon vanilla sugar
- 1 smallspoon baking powder
- 4 Strawberries
- 50 g Almonds
How to prepare Banana pancake
First mix the Oatmeal with milk, vanilla sugar, eggs, baking powder, and the bananas in a large bowl.
Then leave it overnight in the fridge.
Heat a lightly oiled skillet over medium heat, then drop a big scoop of the mixture into the skillet until it gently spreads evenly.
Leave it on heat for 3 to 4 minutes until it gets gold brown then flip it.
Repeat the process with the remaining mixture.
Finally add the strawberries with little sugar or honey and the almonds on top.
