Black garlic gives an incredibly good taste to the burger.

Ingredients

- 1 small spoon salt
- 1/2 small spoon pepper
- 1/2 small spoon chili pepper
- 2 tablespoons black garlic

Mix everything well together.
Form the burgers.
Let them rest a little after that Fry with butter in the pan.
