minutes Cheesy Brussels Sprout Bake or cheesy brussel sprout casserole can be served as a separate meal.
I had it with a burger with black garlic but that’s optional.
You can use the spices you want but in this recipe I didn’t use any garlic.
Ingredients
1 bag of Brussels sprouts (450 gr)
1 and 1/2 teaspoons salt
Olive oil
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp kummin
Mozerella (or cheese)
How to prepare Cheesy Brussels Sprout Bake
- Boil the Brussels sprouts for few minutes.
- Strain the Brussels sprouts
- Put it in a bowl and mix in the spice and olive oil.
- Then put the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Press them almost flat with the bottom of a glass.
- Then sprinkle on the cheese.
- Bake at 200 degrees (392 °F) (grill if you wish) for about 10 minutes.
Notes
- This recipe works pretty well with cauliflower or broccoli, too.
