There are probably several ways to cook Chicken Pad Thai, but I think this was good and not very strong.Thai cuisine has many exciting and healthy dishes with a lot of good flavors.
The noodles are rice noodles this time but there are also other noodles, including glass noodles.
Soy sauce, mushroom sauce, sweet and sour sauce are part of this and I look forward to make more Thai food.
Ingredients

- 300 gr chicken fillets
- 200 gr Rice Noodles
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 red chili
- 1 small red pepper
- 2 small leeks
- 4 and 1/2 tablespoons sweet and sour sauce
- 1 carrot
- 2 eggs
- 4 tablespoons mushroom sauce
- 1/2 lemon
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- Cashews
- Oil
- Salt and pepper
How to prepare Chicken Pad Thai
First, I cut all the vegetables into thin slices and the chicken into strips and then mix it with salt and pepper.
Afterwards, I fry the chicken on high heat with oil until it gains a golden colour and when it is done put it in a bowl.
Next step I boil the water for the noodles and leave it for about four minutes to get ready.
When it’s done, strain off the water and run some cold tap water over it.
While the noodles are cooking, I fry the vegetables with some oil on high heat and when it’s ready leave it in a bowl. Secondly I mix all the sauces together.
Then put the noodles into a hot frying pan with oil and let them fry a little with the sauce mixture.
After that i pull the noodles to one side and crack the eggs on the other side. When the eggs are done, mix it with the noodles, add the chicken and the vegetables and let it simmer a bit.
Served with a little of lemon juice and cashew nuts.
