- 1 piece of mozzarella
- 1 liter of whipped cream

How to prepare Cream au gratin potatoes with garlic
First I cut the potatoes into slices and put them in water, preferably overnight in the fridge.
Next step, boil the potatoes in the mixture of spices, cream and garlic until it’s half tender.

Set in the oven at 190 degrees until the potatoes are tender.
Feel free to use aluminum foil when you see that the cheese is starting to turn brown over the mold.
