Chicken soup with boiled chicken is a delicious autumn / winter meal, rich with vitamins and has low calories.You can use whatever vegetable you like, I used what I had in the fridge.
Many people sauté the vegetables a little with butter before cooking them, but this time I kept it simple and just put everything together in the pot.
You can also use grilled chicken, but remember to remove the skin before you put it in the pot.
Ingredients
- 3/4 boiled chicken
- 1 and a half tablespoon half-fried paprika powder
- About 1.5 liter of chicken juice
- 1 ss cummin
- 1 tbsp turmeric
- 3 potatoes
- 2 green peppers
- 2 small leeks
- 4 carrots
How to prepare Chicken soup
Boiled chicken is prepared in advance.
Cut vegetables into pieces.
Add the vegetables in a saucepan with the strained chicken soup, season with spices and let it cook under a lid on low heat until the vegetables are tender.
Now add the boiled chicken the last few minutes and season it with salt, pepper and any spices of your choice.
