- 10 gr cardamom seeds (black but I only had green)
- Coriander seeds 10 gr
- 10 gr cloves
- 2.5 gr pepper seeds
- caraway 10 gr
- 10 gr cinnamon stick
How to prepare Garam masala
First cut the cinnamon stick into little pieces and put all the ingredients in a pan on a low to medium heat.
After that turn off the heat, let it cool completely for about 20-30 minutes and then smash it.
