Guacamole Is a classic Mexican dish. It’s a mix between Avocado, Tomato, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, red chili, Coriander……..
This dish can be used both as a dip or as a cold sauce and it can be eaten with tacos .
Homemade Guacamole tastes much better than the one you get ready.
Ingredients
- 1 advocado
- A little lemon juice.
- 1 tomato peeled
- A little salt
- 1 clove garlic
- A little pepper
- 1/2 red chili
- fist Coriander
How to prepare Guacamole
First peel the tomato and avocado and after that put all the ingredients except salt, pepper and lemon juice in a mixer.
Finally run the mixer and add the latter ingredients according to your taste.
Put it in the fridge until it is used.
