Date biscuits with Oatmeal is my husband’s favorite when it comes to biscuits.

Ingredients
- 400 grams of seedless dates
- 3 ripe bananas
- 5 dl oatmeal ( 180 g )
- 100 grams of unsalted nuts
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
How to prepare Date biscuits with Oatmeal
Mash bananas and dates with a hand mixer.
Chop the nuts and add the rest of the ingredients.
Use 2 tablespoons of the dough to shape a biscuit and put it on the baking paper.
Bake at 175 degrees (hot air) for 15-20 minutes. Cool it on a wire rack.
