- 1 dl (100g) Milk

How to prepare oatmeal with milk
Combine Oats ,milk and salt in small cooker,cover and turn on. Stir well in 5 minutes.
Cool slightly then serve immediately with some nuts.
This can be faster and easy made in the microwave You can also replace the sugar with honey and you can use different nuts on the top.
