A quick lunch dish or dinner if you want something simple.
In Omelette with chicken, it is really only the imagination that sets the limits for what you can have in it. I often use leftover dinner and all of the vegetables or herbs that I have left over.
Ingredients
- 1 chicken fillet
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 green pepper
- 1/4 red chili
- 4 triangles cheese
- 1 small onion
- 4 eggs
- A pinch of salt
- A little pepper
- 1 dl water
- A little chili powder
How to prepare Omelette with chicken
First I cut the chicken into pieces and fry it in the pan.
After that cut the vegetables into pieces.
Secondly whisk eggs and salt well until it gets slightly fluffy, pour in the water and whip a little more.
Mix the vegetables and the chicken in a hot frying pan with little butter. Then add the egg mixture and finally put the triangular cheeses on top and sprinkle a little bit of pepper.
I set the lowest heat on and put on a lid over the frying pan.
When the mixture is set, I divide the omelette in half and fold one part over the other.
I let the omelette with chicken rest a little so that its consistency gets even better in the pan after the heat is off.
Then it will be easier to place it on the plate.
