Sour cream paprika dip can be eaten with many things: Potato chips, chicken, vegetables and french fries.
I used extra garlic because I love it but you can use it according to your taste.
If you like sweeter flavors just add put a pinch of sugar as well.
Ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream
- Some pickled cucumbers
- 2-3 tablespoons brine of pickled cucumbers
- 2 and 1/2 tablespoons ketchup
- 3 tablespoons paprika powder
- 3 garlic cloves
- A little salt
- A little pepper
How to prepare Sour cream paprika dip
Clean the garlic and put everything in a blender. Run the blender until you get the consistency you want.
There are half ready dips when you just add Sour cream but this recipe tastes much better.
