Ingredients
- Sliced swordfish
- 1 large parsley bundle
- 2 lemons
- Plenty of extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- Mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
How to prepare Swordfish with Mayonnaise and french fries
First cover the form with aluminum foil and place a large baking paper on top.
Aftar that put some olive oil on the baking paper and put the fish slices in.
Add few slices of lemon and parsley around the fish.
Pour over extra virgin olive oil and make a lid with aluminum foil.
At the end put the fish in a preheated oven at 180 degrees, in the middle of the oven for about 40 minutes.
How to prepare egg Mayonnaise and french fries
4 hard-boiled eggs
A little salt and a little pepper.
The eggs are divided and mixed with the mayonnaise and spices.
Serve well with extra virgin olive oil and squeeze of lemon.
Tastes good with baked potatoes .
