- 1 smallspoon saffron (can be omitted)
How to prepare whole roasted chicken in the oven
I put the chicken in a form, greased with butter.
Then I wash the baby potatoes well, dry them and divide them in half.
I put them in a bowl and mix in the rosemary, spices and oil.
After that I put the potatoes around the chicken with the marinade.
190 degrees in the middle of the oven until the chicken is done.
