Ingredients
- 1 jar of pasta sauce with basil
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 small onion
- 1/2 smallspoon salt

How to prepare whole wheat pasta with meat sauce
First I boil the water for the pasta.
While I wait, I chop the garlic cloves and the onion then fry it a little in a pan with oil before I add the minced meat and the spices.
Let it all fry together.
I put the pasta in the water with a little salt and olive oil. It should not boil, just soak for about 10 minutes.
After that I add the sauce jar in a saucepan and let it boil for a while.
I strain the pasta, rinse it quickly with little cold water.
Place the pasta on a platter, pour the sauce over and garnish it with a basil leaf and cherry tomatoes.
